We at TLEFC, define our youth ministry as relationally based and discipleship focused.  This simply means that we believe our effectiveness is increased when we invest heavily in a smaller number of committed students.  Our mission is simply to, "lead students in the way of Jesus", and we are continually changing so as to best serve the Lord in the ministry he has given us here.   Our youth ministry classifies students by age and grade.  Fun Club is our elementary age program, Pulse reaches junior high students, and Remnant is our high school youth group.  They work in harmony with one another, building on the foundations of the previous years and graduating students from one level of faith and knowledge to another.
